Chapter 4: Times of Change...
Love can be wonderful, and then......
Ok, so Poliwhirl was
still asleep at the time so I just took Jigglypuff with me. When
I arrived at the pokémon center, I was greeted by Officer Jenny
who said that Nurse Joy wasn't in at the time because apparently she was
off taking care of an innocent pokémon who was shot while withdrawing
some money at an ATM. Officer Jenny noticed my Jigglypop, er frozen
Jigglypuff, and was torn to pieces. "Oh, you poor thing...how did
this happen to you?" Of course I had to explain what had happened.
Hey, believe it or not there are people in the world who would do malevolant
things to pokémon intentionally. :*-( Well, anyways
seeing as though Jigglypuff needed to be taken care of immediately, Officer
Jenny did her best to take care of my pokémon while Nurse Joy was
gone. Once Nurse Joy got back she immediately looked into taking
care of Jigglypuff as soon as she put the shot pokémon into a pokémon
facilital unit. From what I saw the shot pokémon looked as
though he had been shot several times...:*-( (Recalls a visual memory
of seeing the shot Hoothoot....:*-( ... Clefairy momentarily leaves
the forum...................................and then returns...)
What was I saying? Oh, so Nurse Joy took care of Jigglypuff....got
her all thawed out and all..... When Jigglypuff was restored back
to perfect health, Nurse Joy handed Jigglypuff back to me.... Jigglypuff
just looked at me for awhile and then said "Puff" and walked away
from me and out of my life....:*-( Clefairy momentarily leaves
the forum...................................and then returns...)
Well, anyways :*-( I come back home and then find that Poliwhirl
is no longer with me either...:*-( Clefairy momentarily leaves
the forum...................................and then returns...)
So my pokémon just deserted me like that....:*-( Clefairy
momentarily leaves the forum...................................and
then returns...) My Jigglypuff and Poliwhirl out in the big pokéworld
all by themselves...:*-( (Recalls a visual memory of seeing the shot
Hoothoot....:*-( ... Clefairy momentarily leaves the forum...................................and
then returns...) You could say that I was really torn up about it.
:*-( Even though I had been deserted by 2 of my closest friends,
I just couldn't go on without pokémon in my life so I went to the
pokémon pet store, and just fell in love with this female Meowth
who sounds similar to the Meowth that Team rocket has except that she has
a more "feminine" voice...and she could say more than Meowth....I can converse
with Meowth a lot better than I ever could with Jigglypuff or Poliwhirl.
(looks over to Meowth who says: "Meowth that's right".) I guess
you could say that it was love at first sight...though she actually was
quite expensive....(thinks about how will not be able to buy humunguous
boxes of plushies for a long time...) (thinks that if the only reason
people will be friends with Clefairy is for plushies then they are actually
not friend of Clefairy...) Well, anyways...I also bought some pokéballs...and
since I didn't feel like doing much else decided to take Meowth out for
a walk in the woods. Meowth got interested in a Caterpie she saw
climbing up a tree and informed me that she wanted to have Caterpie as
her new friend. So I taught her how to weaken Caterpie so that I
could catch it in a pokéball and give it to Meowth so she could
have it as her new friend...It was quite an enjoyable walk with lots of
fascinating nature type stuff. We even saw a Weepinbell....Meowth
walked up to it and boy was she in for a surprise.... Weepinbell put Meowth
in its mouth and started sucking on her.....I had to hit it hard with a
stick several times before it finally spit my Meowth up...I don't think
I'll ever forget this first time that my Meowth fainted...I tried to catch
the Weepinbell with a pokéball, but I guess it was still too strong
to be caught with a regular pokéball. I thought about maybe
weakening it myself by hitting it some more with the stick, but when it
saw me pick up the stick, it started to come after me looking as though
if I didn't run, that I might end up like Meowth...So, anyways, I took
Meowth and Caterpie to the pokémon center to be brought back to
perfect health by Nurse Joy...While I was there I informed her of my missing
Jigglypuff and Poliwhirl, and she told me that if they turned up, that
she would notify me....Well, I think that's just about it...Meowth seems
to be getting along well with her new pet/friend Caterpie. Meowth
says: "Meowth that's right." What a day! (goes over to Meowth
and gives her huggles, and Caterpie too...which are returned to me...)
You guys wouldn't ever desert me now, would you? ( Caterpie shakes
its head no and Meowth says: "Meowth I am loyal to my master. Meowth
would never walk out on her loving master without a really good reason
and Meowth, you can count on that.")
If it weren't for Jigglypuff &
Poliwhirl's deserting me, then I probably would never have met my Meowth...

I dought I'll see a Polipuff
any time in the immediate future....In fact I'm wondering if I'll ever
see my Jigglypuff or Poliwhirl again....:*-( ( Meowth comforts Clefairy
with huggles..."There there, its all right...You did your best with Jigglypuff
and Poliwhirl, and if they have the nerve to walk out on you like that.....Well,
just be glad you have a loyal pokémon such as myself, and Meowth
you can count on the fact that I would never betray my loving master so
long as I'm in control of me....and...and... Meowth, I love you Clefairy...")

Isn't it something how you can still
love somebody even after they've walked out on you?
