If you apply for the Smurfy Site Award, your site will be thouroughly reviewed by me. If you have a guestbook and you are going to win the Smurfy Site Award then I will place the basic review there unless you specify otherwise in an email to me. The more in depth review will be emailed to you which includes things that I think you should fix eg. dead links, etc. plus other comments by me. I do a very thorough job of reviewing websites. When you have your website reviewed by me I also give you an overall rating for your site which should give you an idea of how much needs to be fixed or not fixed. You may opt to not be given a rating though it really should help give you an appropriate statement of how much needs to be done. I do not give out ratings based on whether or not I like your stories, pics, music, etc. I give the ratings based on how many dead links you have (as a percentage- # of dead links divided by total # of links (so as not to discriminate against larger sites with tons of links)), whether or not your pages load correctly (includes pictures loading, etc.),etc.

How to qualify for the Smurfy Site Award:
1) Your website must have more than one page.
2) The more dead links your site has, the less likely it is to recieve the award.
3) I usually prefer to review websites having something to do with animation/cartoons, etc.. (hentai sites can qualify for the award too ;-))
4) Your Website must show excellence. (Something I consider to be Smurfy)
5) You must take my Smurf Quiz (your score on the quiz will not affect you for this award however you must answer all 5 questions to count as having "taken the quiz".)

If you don't qualify for the award now, you can get the review now (which tells what to do to qualify).
Once you fix things you may reapply for the award. :-)
